Increasing mushroom production with artificial lightning: Expanding joint research with agriculture and industry
We are conducting research which effectively utilizes electrical characteristics and can help in the growth of plants and the processing and preservation of food, by applying high-voltage electricity (artificial lightening) to mushroom-growing logs (with electrical stimulation from below, not above) that leads to increased mushroom production.
