Master's Program
Frontier Materials and Function Engineering

We foster human resources who can integrate a wide range of fields and perform at a global level.

This is a new program that integrates conventional Frontier Materials and Function Engineering with materials science and engineering. In this program, the multi-disciplinary educational philosophy has been inherited and expanded. We provide wider and well-developed courses and research in materials engineering and function engineering. In the days when the advancement of scientific technology and industry are accelerating and becoming globalized, we strive to foster advanced expert engineers and researchers who have the abilities to find their own research themes and to solve problems by integrating conventional academic fields such as chemistry, materials (substances and materials), electronics, information, energy, and environment and recycling.

Specifically, we provide professional courses and research in materials engineering and function engineering from the basics to application, focusing on the three fields of materials creation, energy science and environmental recycling.
